Terraform: Variables and Outputs

Make the bucket config in `~/tfvars` reusable: pass the name in as a variable and read it back as an output.

Tasks

1. Create ~/tfvars/terraform.tfvars setting bucketname = "webasha-logs".
2. Init and apply the configuration.
3. Print the bucket output.
