Users say servera is crawling. Something is eating the CPU, a backup job is hogging priority, and an intern left processes running after leaving. Investigate with `top`/`ps` and fix it.

Tasks

Find the process using the most CPU and save its PID to ~/hog.pid (just the number).
Terminate that CPU-hogging process.
Lower the priority of the running backup-sync process by setting its nice value to 10.
As student, start sleep 7200 in the background with a nice value of 15, and leave it running.
Kill all processes owned by user intern, but keep the account.
