RH124 Ch 11: Logs, the Journal and Time Sync

The payroll API on servera failed overnight and the journal was lost at reboot. Find the error, make the journal survive reboots, send the app logs to their own file, and fix the clock settings.

Tasks

1. Find the err priority message logged by payroll-api and save the ticket code it mentions (format WA-nnnn) to ~/ticket.txt.
2. Make the systemd journal persistent, so logs survive a reboot.
3. Configure rsyslog to write all local5 messages of priority debug and higher to /var/log/webasha-app.log, using a file in /etc/rsyslog.d/.
4. Make chronyd synchronise with classroom.lab.example.com (use iburst) instead of the default pool, and apply it.
5. Set the system time zone to Asia/Kolkata.
