Kubernetes: ConfigMaps and Secrets

Move the API's settings out of the image: config in a ConfigMap, the database password in a Secret.

Tasks

1. Create ConfigMap app-config with MODE=prod.
2. Create Secret db-pass with key password.
3. Run pod envpod (image busybox, command sleep 3600) that loads app-config with envFrom.
